These Terms govern your use of the DepthPlayer application for Meta Quest ("the app"), provided by MYDTX ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DepthPlayer is a media player. It plays video and photo files that you already have and renders them for stereoscopic (3D) viewing by estimating depth on your headset. The app does not generate, synthesize, edit or alter your media, does not swap faces, and does not publish or share anything.
You are solely responsible for the media you open in the app and for having the rights needed to use it. You agree not to use the app with content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts another person without their consent — including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or any sexual content involving minors.
If you connect a cloud drive (such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive) or a media server (SMB, WebDAV, DLNA), your use of that service is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy. The app accesses only the files needed to display the content you choose.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app processes and how it stays on your device.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any use of the app with content you were not entitled to use.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
